Cassia Lodge is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of Kampala.
The direction to Cassia Lodge is not so clear. Perhaps it is because it is meant to be a peaceful hideaway from the busy city. Cassia Lodge at the top of a hill overlooking Lake Victoria is a few Kilometres from Bunga. The lodge opened in November 2007.
It offers hotel accommodation with a total of 20 rooms. The prices differ from room to room. Single rooms go for 130 US Dollars for a single room, 150 US Dollars for a double and 170 US Dollars for a triple room. These charges include Bed and Breakfast and taxes.
Cassia Lodge also gives within those charges swimming and internet access with wifi services.
Check in time for all is 12 midday and check out time is 11am.
The lodge also has wedding reception gardens that can be hired at two million shillings. This includes a complementary room and photos taken in the gardens.
For those interested in just using the premises, the garden can be can be hired at 100,000 shillings. Musicians can also pay 100,000 to shoot videos in the gegards.
