SC Vipers are thought to have agreed in principle, terms with Onduparaka over a move for Rashid Toha, Monday Times understands.
According to Swift Sports, the defender will put pen to paper on a three year employment contract with the Kitende based side.
Toha was a prime target for KCCA FC last season but decided to serve the West Nile based club for the 2018/19.
The lanky center half was part of the crop that guided Onduparaka FC to promotion in the 2015/16 season.
He managed to score 6 goals in the just concluded season.
