Dancehall Singer Hummer Hummer might be in trouble, after a group of musicians allegedly began recording songs in response to his songs ‘Mpuliranga’ and ‘Mukyamu’ which they say attacks them.
A musician who spoke to this newspaper on condition of anonymity said “we are have written down songs and are ready to release songs that confront this guy.”
When pressed to show proof that the songs attacked them, the musician said, “we have been in the music industry long enough.We know what we are talking about.”
Starting out with the name Hummerton, Hummer Hummer has been in the music industry since 2016, when he released his debut single titled ‘Tattoo’. He then put out “Ndagako”, “Better Than Dem”, “Bintukula”, “Okay”, “Ndi Mukyamu” and “Hello”.
He is managed by Ink 256 music.
