Kocha Fashions is a leading designer of traditional and western wear. Located in the heart of Ntinda Kampala Uganda, the fashion company has served many clients from Uganda and abroad. Today we visited Kocha Fashions and talked to its management.
Monday Times: What does Kocha Fashion’s do?
Management of Kocha Fashions: We deal in introduction wear such as Mshanana, Gomesi’s, Kanzu’s, changing dresses, wedding gowns and we can also supply suits for wedding.
Monday Times: What makes you different from others who might be doing this same kind of business?
Management of Kocha Fashions: We are easy to locate and we are not at a high cost. We do both hiring and selling, which makes it convenient for those who want our garments.
Monday Times: For those who hire, how can they look different on their functions?
Management of Kocha Fashions: We can dress you up so that you look different from someone else who might have hired the same garments. We can also give you advice on what to do.
Monday Times: Different cultures have different introduction ceremony wear. Can you supply such wear for all customers from all cultures?
Management of Kocha Fashions: Yes we can. But they will have to explain to use what they want and give us a sample which we can use to make theirs. Or they can share a picture of their introduction ceremony where and we use it to make theirs.
Monday Times: What are your working hours and days?
Management of Kocha Fashions: We work from 9am to 9pm, from Monday to Saturday. We work on public holidays and we can work on Sundays if we have special orders.
Monday Times: Do you have delivery services?
Management of Kocha Fashions: Yes we do. We deliver anywhere for as long as the cost of transport is met by the client.
Monday Times: How are your prices like?
Management of Kocha Fashions: It depends on the materials and the designs but they are affordable [pocket friendly] and negotiable.
Monday Times: You talked of being easy to locate, where are you located?
Management of Kocha Fashions: We are in Ntinda, Ntinda-Kisaasi Road, Opposite Freicca Pharmacy, near MTN Service Centre or Forte Bet Building.
