Gogonyo vows to send Hon. Orone back to Parliament as his Pallisa FM radio promise goes on air

Pallisa-Gogonyo constituency voters have cheerfully welcomed their area MP Hon. Orone Derrick to stand again in the by-election due in two months time. The residents who voted Orone in 2021 are excited about the launch of the radio station that he promised to give to them.

Pallisa FM 94.4 the Voice of Pallisa went on air on Heroes Day 2022, a day that will forever remain its anniversary. One of the voters who spoke to this newspaper said that Hon. Orone has been a man of his word who should be trusted.

“He promised us an ambulance and he delivered it. He promised us a radio station and it is already working. This man can be trusted unlike the other ones,” Mama Arian a resident of Gogonyo said.

Besides having the muscle of the National Resistance Movement (NRM) Party behind him, Hon. Orone Derrick came with a different style of politics focusing on development of the people. He has helped many youths get jobs abroad, and is always looking for scholarships for students in school.

Pallisa FM 94.4 is.located in the heart of Pallisa and broadcasts to most of the surrounding districts.
