A bridal function, whether introduction ceremony or wedding is for some the most significant day of their lifetime. It is on this day that they become one with their loved ones, in the presence of their relatives, friends and sometimes the general public.
In the life of a bride, several things matter. One of the most important things on their special day, is how they dress. Choosing a bridal shop that provides quality items, gives an aura of elegance could make a bride’s day memorable for eternity.The gowns have unique details and therefore no gown is similar to the other.
Bridal World Uganda, is the shop that has products and services that make a bride’s function memorable.
We spoke to Helen Isagulu the Head of Sales for the shop, and established the things that make it a place every bride must visit and shop from.
At Bridal World, she says, they do have bridal gowns of all types, colors and sizes. They have cream gowns, and white gowns. The gowns can be hired or can be sold.
Bridal World also has changing dresses for brides. For customers who are interested in donning traditional wear, the shop has materials for Gomesi and Mshanana. They also have a tailor who can sew the Gomesi or Mshanana at an agreed cost.
Their wide range of dresses also caters for brides maids, flower girls, matrons and special occasions.
If they give you are gown at Bridal World, they offer a veil, tiara and dress for a flower girl as a complement. Because many functions have more than one flower girl, they have made it easy for brides, who can buy the other dresses from Kid’s World.
Bridal World also has shoes, clutches (the bags brides hold while dressed in the changing dress) and jewelry.
Sometimes, Bridal World receives clients who would like other bridal services such as events management and supplies. As such, the shop has partnered with various high quality service providers, to ensure that their clients do not face challenges with looking for these other services.
One of the things that makes Bridal World stand out from the rest, is that it has high quality products. All their dresses, shoes, bags and other accessories are imported from the United States of America, the United Kingdom,Italy and France.
They also do custom made dresses.
The shop has quality and classy products that make a bride look elegant for their function.
They also have very good customer care at Bridal World, where every member of staff attends keenly to customers when they come. They do follow up on their clients from the time they get a product to the end of the function for which they have acquired the item.
“We make sure that the bride feels that she is very well catered for. All the bridal consultants are fully trained to meet the expectations of the bride. On my part, I have thirteen years experience in the bridal industry, so I endeavor to make sure that I and my team put to use this experience,” Isagulu adds.
Bridal World also prides itself in the fact that they can go out to dress the bride wherever they might be holding their functions. Several of their customers have liked this service, because it eases them of stress.
The fitting rooms are good for brides to see themselves well in large mirrors.
Bridal World is well air conditioned and serves coffee and cappuccino to brides who might be waiting to be served.
The shop is open every Monday to Saturday from 9am to 8pm throughout the year.
Becky Namukasa, one customer who we met looking at bridal gowns at the shop spoke highly about the shop and its service.
“I have been here thrice, but it is full of elegance. The lady here who owns the shop is also very good to us customers, and she is humble. I can come back here again and again,” Namukasa said.
Our own observation of the place found that it is a place with class and very high quality products.
In her final words to their customers, Helen Isagulu says “we endeavor to see that customers realize value for their money. What we have and what we provide should meet that expectation.”
