Chillax Grill and Lounge is a leading spot for meals and all kinds of refreshments on Gaba Road. Located conveniently by the roadside a few metres away from Petro City and Hass Petrol stations, Chillax is a one stop centre for every kind of meal in Uganda.
Today we visited Chillax Grill and Lounge and spoke to the management of the place who told us great things about it.
Monday Times: Good afternoon Madam. Tell us a bit about Chillax Grill and Lounge. What do you have here?
Management of Chillax Grill and Lounge: Basically, we are a restaurant offering a wide range of meals for our clients.
We have a broad variety of local food (including Oluwombo), Snacks, Coffee, Tea, Cappuccinos and other sizzling hot and sweet drinks. We also have fresh juice which we prepare for our customers.
Monday Times: Great. So how different are you from the other restaurants who may be offering a similar service?
Management of Chillax Grill and Lounge: We have very nice things here. One of the favorites for our customers is the boiled food for those who do not like oily foods.
Our customer care is great and fantastic.
Like I mentioned earlier, we have a wide variety of things we offer here, which gives our customers a good choice of what to take when making a selection.
As you can see, we are near the road. This makes it very accessible for people to reach us. We also have parking and good security. Someone can come and spend time here and do whatever they want without a problem.
If you notice we have a good shade that shelters people from the sunlight.
The place is spacious meaning that you can come with many family members or friends, although we are now social distancing for the time being.
We can host small events like birthday parties, wedding meetings and bridal or baby showers.
Monday Times: What are your opening hours and days?
Management of Chillax Grill and Lounge: We open from Monday to Sunday from 7am to 9pm. But we expect that after the lockdown we shall open for twenty four hours a day. That is how we were operating before COVID-19 came.
Monday Times; Do you do outside catering?
Management of Chillax Grill and Lounge: Yes we do outside catering. We can do it for any customer anywhere in Uganda.
