Nawab Restaurant Acacia Mall is a fabulous spot for great dishes and spacious experiences in Kampala. Throughout its existence, Nawab Restaurant has stood the test of quality and offered its clientele fantastic services to their delight. Today we spent our day at the restaurant, speaking to management, to understand how they have managed to succeed in satisfying their customers. They responded to us as follows.
Monday Times: What a wonderful place you have. Tell us a little bit about Nawab restaurant?
Management of Nawab Restaurant: Well, thank you for your kind words. We are a restaurant that offers Indian, Chinese, Continental and Thailand dishes. We offer space for most kinds of parties like birthday bashes, bridal showers, engagement parties and many more. But for now we are following Standard Operating Procedures relating to COVID-19 so we are mainly serving dishes. We have drinks of most kinds and are waiting to serve those who want to come and see us.
Monday Times: How different are you from other restaurants in town?
Management of Nawab Restaurant: Perhaps we have the best location in town. We have a view of the whole of Kampala. We also accommodate all types of clients and the set up is wonderful. Our design, aesthetics and decor is unmatched in the whole of Kampala.
Monday Times: What are your opening hours and days?
Management of Nawab Restaurant: We are open throughout the week, that is to say from Monday to Monday. We open from 10:30am to 8:00pm for the moment. With time we shall see if we can extend these hours, basing on what government advises us to do.
Monday Times: Okay. Do you do deliveries at all?
Management of Nawab Restaurant: Yes we do but at the customers cost. This is because there is transport involved in carrying the delivery to where you are.
Monday Times: So where are you located for the purpose of our readers and those who might not know?
Management of Nawab Restaurant: We are at Acacia Mall, which is located at the junction of Acacia Mall and Kisementi Kololo.
