Besides Susan Makula Nantaba, who is about to dropped anytime by Pastor Aloysius Bugingo, a one Pastor Edward Kayizi has been dragged into the picture as one of the main causes of problems between Pastor Bugingo and his wife Pastor Teddy Bugingo.

Kayizi who has his own church in Makindye, called Divine Harvest Ministries Church is the main right hand man of Pastor Bugingo, who has allegedly abandoned his own ministry in Makindye to come to House of Prayer Ministries.

“Since we saw Pastor Kayizi, we are scared that a man with his own church, whose only association with us was to appear on radio, is being given all sorts of things by our Pastor, yet we know that he cannot mean well for the church,” an insider at Church told us.

The insider added that in Pastor Bugingo’s scheme, he has given Pastor Kayizi so much power and recently gave him a car. He also tried to put Pastor Kayizi in the official registration documents of House of Prayer Ministries as a additional director with the hope that after a few weeks, Kayizi, and his secretary Babirye who he has also put in there would help him to sideline his wife Teddy and his daughter Doreen.

It should be noted that Pastor Kayizi was cited as a mediator between Pastor Bugingo and Pastor Teddy Bugingo, in one of the fake divorce petitions purported to be filed by Pastor Bugingo a few hours ago.

Who is Pastor Kayizi?

Pastor Edward Kayizi, started Divine Harvester’s Ministry in June 1990 and worked informally until August 2013 when he started closely associating more with Bugingo than ever before. He however continued with the ministry and moved to gain more influence at Bugingo’s church while keeping the Makindye operation open.

The pastor who boasts of speaking languages such as Kinyarwanda, Luganda, Runyoro and many others is believed to have studied at Old Kampala SS and Ndejje University, where he got a qualification in theology from 2003 to 2006. He also worked at DATIC agriculture advisory centre, from February 2001 to May 2005 where he is believed to have left unceremoniously.

To tap foreign funds which he said was to help people, Pastor Kayizi started his TEAOE Charity Organization in September 2010, an organization that is yet to show any fruits.
