Uganda has confirmed 1 new case of the novel coronavirus case bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 56.
According to the Ministry of Heath, the case is a 46-year-old Burundian refugee who arrived from Tanzania and was quarantined in Rakai district. The ministry tested 1,177 samples today.
Uganda has also registered a total of 38 recoveries with no death.
